  • Engaged occupants by implementing eco-nudge posters at strategic points in the building including elevators and restrooms

  • Circulated a monthly sustainability newsletters with Workspace occupiers, providing practical energy-saving tips

  • Transitioned to LED lights throughout the building, achieving significant energy savings

  • Utilised the Optergy smart energy management system for real-time data analysis and efficiency improvements

  • Installed an energy-efficient lift system providing lower consumption and cost savings

  • Integrated energy-efficient boilers and a heating & cooling system for maximum temperature control efficiency

  • Designed building to reduce artificial lighting and mechanical system by leveraging natural light and promoting natural ventilation

  • Incorporated a solar photovoltaic system, reducing CO2 emissions by approximately 10%

  • Used 100% renewable energy for electricity usage in the building and heat pumps throughout
