Programme Manager / Chief Inspiration Officer

London, United Kingdom

With its successful launch this year, we are growing our team and looking for a Programme Manager to run the CUBE Competition on a full-time basis.

About the Programme Manager role

You will be responsible for the overall management of the competition and act as the main point of contact for all participants, partners, ambassadors and supporting roles. Given the fast growth and exposure to the senior team, you will play a key role in growing the business.

What You Will Be Doing?

Management:

  • Continue to define go-to-market strategy as the competition scales in the UK

  • Liaise with CUBE participants on their queries and share news, updates, events and the monthly newsletter

  • Liaise with CUBE organisers in Paris to define product roadmap for the competition.

  • Manage other members of the internal CUBE team, including supporting roles

  • Work alongside other members of the team to develop the content for the monthly newsletter

  • Pen blogs and thought leadership pieces for media

  • Regularly update candidate resources and presentations as needed

  • Represent CUBE at networking events and relevant panel discussions

Outreach:

  • Participate in outreach calls to prospective participants, partners etc. to provide details about the competition

  • Lead generation: Define targets based on network, previous contacts, industry news

  • Lead management: follow up, provide leads with regular updates and news

Events:

  • Manage all participant events (held quarterly) including developing meeting agendas, working with hosts, communications, and general event management

Other Opportunities:

  • Depending on the level of support needed from participants, and therefore time availability, you may also get involved in projects related to Ampersand’s wider market transformation programmes in real estate. This includes conducting research and engaging with the industry on topics that fall under the overarching theme of net zero in real estate.

What we’re looking for

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with programme management experience, who has an interest in pivoting towards a more sustainability-related role.

Specifically, we’re looking for:

  • A team player with entrepreneurial spirit, commercial mindset and self drive

  • Experience in programme management and leading teams

  • Genuine interest in sustainability and, in particular, as it relates to the commercial real estate industry (experience in this sector a major bonus)

  • Great organisational skills and an outgoing, client friendly personality

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the initiative

  • Comfortable wearing many different hats and spinning plates

  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written

We are a boutique consultancy, you will have:

  • Hands on responsibilities

  • Full freedom to share and push your ideas

  • On the job coaching and training
